By placing an order with Mercury & Argus, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Shipping

• Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.

• Please allow 2–3 working days for processing before dispatch.

• Weekend and bank holiday orders are processed the next working day.

• Shipping addresses cannot be changed once submitted. Please check carefully at checkout.

• Once handed to the courier, Mercury & Argus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. Please contact the courier directly for claims.

Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

• If your order arrives faulty or you are unsatisfied, please contact us at [insert email] and we will do our best to resolve it.

• Where required by UK consumer law, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.

International Orders

• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

• We do not accept returns for international orders, except where required by law.

Shipping & Returns Policy
